At Doon, we prioritize quality over quantity and sustainable production. Here is how your order comes to life:

1. The Drop Phase (48 Hours) Our store is only open for 48 hours. During this window, we collect all orders. We only produce what is actually ordered to eliminate waste and maintain exclusivity.

2. Production & Quality Control (Weeks 1-3) Once the timer hits zero, our atelier begins. Each hoodie is crafted from our premium 500GSM fabric and inspected to the highest standards. Since every piece is made specifically for this drop, this process takes approximately 3 weeks.

3. Shipping (Week 4) As soon as your hoodie is ready, it is shipped directly to you. You will receive a tracking code as soon as your package is on its way.

4. Goal (MOQ) Guarantee We operate with a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). In the rare case that we do not meet our production goal, the drop will be canceled and you will receive a 100% immediate refund. No risk, no hassle.
